What is jjajan?
jjajan is a wishlist platform. Creators publish a wishlist of things they would like, and fans buy them gifts from it.
How do I send a gift?
Open a creator's page, add an item to your cart, and check out. All costs (item price, shipping, tax, payment processing fee, and platform fee) are shown before you pay.
Do I need an account to send a gift?
No. You can gift as a guest. A display name is optional, and we need an email or phone number so we can send you your receipt and status updates.
Can the creator see my personal details?
No. Creators never see your email, phone number, or payment details. If you choose to send anonymously, they do not see your display name either.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers, Xendit and PayPal. jjajan never stores your card, e-wallet, or bank details.
Who ships the gift, and where does it go?
After your payment succeeds, jjajan buys the item from the store and the store ships it straight to the creator. Gifters never see the creator's address. See our Shipping page for details.
Can I get a refund?
Gift payments are final, with a few exceptions such as duplicate charges and technical errors. If an item cannot be bought or shipped, its value goes to the creator as balance. Read the full Refund Policy for details.
How do creators receive money?
Gifts that are received or converted go to the creator's balance. Withdrawals need a bank account in a matching name and may require identity verification (eKYC).
Is there an age limit?
You must be at least 17 years old to use jjajan.
