Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
By using jjajan, you agree to these terms. jjajan is operated by PT. Karya Digital Dvipantara.
What jjajan is
jjajan is a platform where creators publish wishlists and fans buy them gifts from those wishlists. After payment is confirmed and any required verification is completed, jjajan arranges the purchase or fulfilment of the gift, subject to availability and the applicable delivery or digital-fulfilment process.
Gifts are voluntary. Sending or receiving a gift — including a digital item — creates no entitlement to a reply, attention, content, goods, or services from the creator, and doesn't oblige anyone to give anything in return. For example, an item named 'say hi on stream' is just a wishlist label, not a promise by the creator. This is separate from jjajan's own obligation to arrange the purchase or fulfilment of the gift you paid for.
Accounts
- You must be at least 17 years old to use jjajan.
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure and providing accurate information, including a creator's shipping address.
- Closing your account: gifts already paid for are still processed and delivered. When you ask to close your account, we request a payout of your cleared balance to your bank account, and pay out any balance still under review once that review is finished. The normal withdrawal rules apply (identity checks, the per-request limit, one request at a time, and the processing times described under "For creators"), except that the Rp200,000 minimum does not apply: we pay out any balance of Rp10,000 or more. Below Rp10,000 the transfer fee would consume it, so it is not paid out. If your balance, including any amount under review, is Rp10,000 or more, you must add a bank account in your own name before you can close your account: the account holder name has to match the legal name in your account settings. For a company or agency account, email inquiry@jjajan.id. Your account is not erased until what you are owed has been paid out. You'll see exactly what will and won't be paid out before you confirm, and we'll email you when the payout is requested. Funds that a review does not clear are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Payments, fees, and refunds
- All costs (item price, shipping, tax, payment processing fee, and platform fee) are shown before you pay.
- Payments are generally final. We refund a payment only in specific situations — for example a duplicate charge, a technical error on our side, an unauthorised payment, or where the law requires it — see our Refund Policy for the full list.
- If an item can't be bought or shipped (for example it's out of stock or its price has gone up since you paid), we credit the item's price to the creator's balance instead of refunding you. Shipping, tax, and fees on that item are not credited or refunded, because they cover costs already incurred or needed to process your payment. This doesn't apply if the payment itself is under review or confirmed fraudulent, in which case it's handled under our Refund Policy instead.
- If a payment is flagged for review, we may pause purchasing, fulfilment, and withdrawal of the affected funds until we've verified it. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may lead to your access to jjajan being restricted.
For creators
- jjajan supports both physical and digital wishlist items. A physical gift is purchased and shipped to you; a digital wishlist item is still an item: once it's paid for, jjajan fulfils it immediately by crediting its value to your balance. Like any balance, it can be withdrawn once cleared, but withdrawal may be held or reviewed first — for example if the payment is flagged as high-risk or suspected fraud or money laundering. While held it can't be withdrawn; if it's cleared it becomes withdrawable, and if not it's handled as described in our Refund Policy, which can include reporting to the relevant authorities as the law requires. An amount from a physical gift that can't be fulfilled may also be credited to your balance under our Refund Policy. Withdrawing your balance requires a bank account whose holder name matches the legal name in your account settings (you can enter it there or when you add the bank account, and we only show it back partly masked). For a company or agency account, email inquiry@jjajan.id.
- Withdrawals: minimum Rp200,000 per request. During our opening period, maximum Rp5,000,000 per request and one request processed at a time. We aim to process withdrawals within 3 business days of the request; this is a target, not a guarantee, and can take longer if funds or your account are under review. Once your total withdrawals reach Rp10,000,000, we may require identity verification before further withdrawals.
- Holds on new funds: money from card payments and similar payment methods is held before it can be withdrawn, for 3 days if the gifter was signed in and 7 days if not, because those payments can be disputed. QRIS, e-wallet and virtual-account payments have no such hold. A hold for a review, described above, applies separately.
- You're responsible for the tax obligations on gifts you receive through jjajan — whether credited as balance, withdrawn, or received directly as a physical item — in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Wishlists may not contain items prohibited by law or by jjajan, including weapons, narcotics (including cannabis and THC products), prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products, live animals, adult content, counterfeit goods, and hazardous items.
- Item names and descriptions on a wishlist are the creator's own labels for what they'd like. They are not a promise, guarantee, or endorsement by the creator or by jjajan of the product, its quality, or its availability.
- We may review wishlist items, including with automated tools, and take down an item that breaks these rules. We do not promise to catch every such item.
- After a gift is completed you may add photos or videos of it. These are PUBLIC (shown on the gifter's tracking page, and the gifter is told), so keep faces, addresses and other private details out of them. You can remove them any time, and we may remove them too. They are separate from the photos and videos you send us for a problem report, which only you and jjajan staff can see.
Not allowed
- Messages that harass, threaten, or contain hate speech.
- Pornographic or sexually exploitative content, in any form.
- Content that promotes hatred, violence, harassment, or discrimination against people based on characteristics such as ethnicity, race, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Accessing or obtaining another person's private information without authorisation, or disclosing it without permission — including attempting to uncover or expose a creator's private delivery address, contact details, or account information.
- Fraud, money laundering, or payment abuse.
- Using jjajan for political campaigning, soliciting political donations, or publishing campaign advertising, including through wishlists, messages, profiles, or usernames.
- Usernames that impersonate jjajan staff, brands, or other parties, falsely claim official affiliation, or contain prohibited content (profanity, adult content, drug terms). We may refuse or change such usernames.
jjajan is a gifting community built on respect, privacy, and lawful use. Treat other users respectfully and follow these rules.
Failure to comply may result in content removal, restrictions, account suspension, or account termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
Violations and enforcement
If you breach these terms, we may take action that fits how serious the breach is, for example:
- giving you a warning;
- removing content, messages, or usernames that break the rules;
- limiting certain features or suspending your account for a while;
- closing your account permanently for serious or repeated breaches, including fraud, money laundering, and payment abuse.
Where we can, we tell you by email what action we took and why. For cases involving security, fraud, or legal duties, we may act first and tell you afterwards.
We may temporarily restrict access to funds associated with a payment or account under financial-risk review — for example suspected fraud, unauthorised payments, money laundering, payment disputes, or a related legal obligation, not as an automatic penalty for an unrelated content violation. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the restriction and request any information needed to complete it, unless doing so would compromise security or breach a legal obligation. We release funds once they're cleared and no longer subject to a lawful or payment-dispute-related hold; funds may instead be refunded, reversed, or otherwise handled as required by applicable law.
You can appeal by emailing support@jjajan.id. We aim to respond within 2 business days. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable, documented losses directly caused by your unlawful conduct or breach of these terms — this does not make you responsible for losses caused by jjajan's own acts or omissions.
Contact and complaints
You can reach us at support@jjajan.id or (+62)821-2929-0778 during Mon-Sat 09:00-17:00 WIB. Our address is Jl. CBD 55 Lot III, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, 15345. We aim to reply to every complaint within 2 business days.
Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when payments are returned and forms part of these terms.
How we purchase on your behalf
For a physical gift, jjajan purchases the item from the merchant and receives the merchant's invoice — you and the creator don't deal with the merchant directly. The merchant and its courier are responsible for fulfilling the physical delivery. jjajan acts as the intermediary for eligible returns and warranty claims arising from that purchase.
Available remedies and warranties depend on the specific product, the merchant's or manufacturer's own terms, and applicable law. This does not reduce jjajan's own obligations to you under these terms.
The product link on a wishlist shows which item the creator wants; it is not a promise to buy from that exact seller or page. To fulfil a gift, jjajan may buy the same item (same product, model and variant) from that merchant or from another one, whichever we judge more reliable or practical. If the same item cannot be bought at all, the gift follows the unfulfillable-gift rules in these terms.
If we pay less for the item than the item price charged when the gift was paid, jjajan keeps the difference as part of its service margin.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to jjajan — your wishlist, profile, and gift messages. You grant jjajan a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform, including displaying your wishlist, profile, and gift messages according to your own settings.
This permission ends once the content is removed or your account is closed, subject to reasonable backup retention, legal obligations, and transaction records we keep consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your private content for external advertising.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on jjajan (a wishlist, photo, video, profile, or message) infringes your copyright, email support@jjajan.id with: your name and contact details; what your work is and where you published it; the link to the content on jjajan; a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and that the use is not authorised; and your signature (typed is fine). We review complaints promptly, and we may remove or restrict the content while we do. We tell the creator what was reported and give them a chance to respond. For now, email is the only way to file a copyright complaint; we don't yet have a separate support module. Repeated infringement can lead to account suspension or closure. Knowingly false complaints may lead to us ignoring future complaints from the same sender.
Limitation of liability
jjajan works to make sure every gift arrives, but delivery is carried out by third-party stores and couriers. To the extent permitted by law, jjajan's liability is limited to the value of the transaction concerned. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indonesian law, for example for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, and it does not affect any right you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may publish addenda to, or otherwise update, these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced and take effect from the date we publish them; they apply prospectively and do not change the terms that applied when you paid for a transaction, whether it is still pending fulfilment or already completed. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Resolving disputes
- We'll first try to resolve the issue together in good faith.
- If it remains unresolved, you may pursue applicable consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms or bring the matter to a competent court under Indonesian law.
If something goes wrong, contact our support team with your relevant transaction details. We aim to acknowledge or give an initial response within 2 business days.
