Shipping

How physical gifts reach creators, and what happens if something goes wrong.
How it works
- Once your payment is confirmed and any required verification is complete, jjajan arranges the purchase from the store listed on the wishlist.
- The store ships the parcel straight to the creator's address. The sender is listed as jjajan.
- Gifters never see the creator's address. The store and courier see the address and recipient name because they deliver the parcel.
- Gifts for several creators in one cart ship separately, each with its own shipping fee.
- Digital items are not shipped and have no shipping fee: once paid, jjajan fulfils them by crediting their value to the creator's balance (see our Terms).
- jjajan currently ships to Indonesian addresses only. International shipping (starting with Southeast Asia) is something we're preparing for.
Payment risk review
If a payment is flagged for review, we may pause purchasing or fulfilling the gift until verification is complete. If the payment is approved, fulfilment can proceed. If it can't be approved, we handle the payment under our Refund Policy and applicable law — funds from an unapproved payment don't automatically become available to the creator.
Timing and tracking
Delivery time depends on the store, courier, and shipping method chosen at checkout. A tracking number appears on the gift page once the store ships the parcel.
Once payment is confirmed (and any required verification is complete), we aim to purchase the item within 3 business days. This is a target, not a guarantee. If the item can't be bought or shipped, see our Refund Policy.
Shipping fees
Shipping is a per-unit fee set by the creator as an estimate of the cost of delivery to their address, added up per item and shown before payment. If the actual shipping cost turns out lower or higher, the amount you paid doesn't change.
If something goes wrong
- Item can't be bought or shipped: the item's price is credited to the creator's balance (shipping, tax, and fees are not) — unless the payment itself is under review or confirmed fraudulent, see our Refund Policy.
- Item arrived damaged or the parcel never arrived: the creator can report it from the gift's detail page, within the time window that applies to that courier (3 days / 72 hours if there's no specific window — see our Refund Policy for full details). We follow up with the store or courier.
- Once the creator confirms a gift arrived, that confirmation is final: the gift is closed and a problem can no longer be reported. Report first if anything is wrong, and confirm only when everything is fine.
- Payments are generally not refunded to gifters, except in specific cases — see our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
